We have more than a dozen programs of advanced training in brain wave self regulation.
The entry point into all of these advanced programs is the introductory Seven Day intensive Alpha-1 program.
 For Biocybernaut Alpha-1 seven day training, the full EEG is detected, amplified, and
recorded at the eight electrode positions indicated in the diagram at right.
Alpha feedback is
generated for the following four positions: O1, O2, C3, C4.
The day starts off with attaching electrodes to the head in the positions shown in the diagram.
Conversations with fellow trainees or other activities such as watching videos may be performed during this time.
After the electrodes are attached, the trainee proceeds into a chamber, which is a protected enclosure acoustically
dampened and sealed from extraneous light.
In the chamber is a sound system and a computer. Both the sound system and the computer are used to deliver feedback
to the trainee based on the electrical impulses delivered from the electrodes.
Behind the chamber is a room full of electronic equipment used to monitor, record and deliver information during the feedback process.
The trainee takes a seat inside the chamber and the electrodes are plugged into a socket behind the chair.
The trainee sits comfortably between several speakers at different heights which will be used to deliver different tones at varying volumes depending on the
feedback received from a position on the head and the strength of that signal. In front of the trainee is a computer screen which will display feedback visually.
There is an intercom to the 'outside world' in case the trainee would like to stop, use the restroom or otherwise make inquiries.

After the time spent in the chamber during the biofeedback sessions and mood scales, the trainee will then enter
another comfortable room where he/she will discuss in depth all that has occurred during the biofeedback sessions.

There may be a break for dinner at this point, depending on the level of exhaustion or stomach growling occurring. Or it may occur later.
After dinner there will be sessions involved with mood scales and the analysis of the EEG graphs generated during the biofeedback sessions.
The trainer remains with the trainee for the entire day. At the end of the day, everyone parts company and goes back to wherever they are staying for a restful night's sleep
and a King/Queen/'s size breakfast in the morning.
