I Meditate and Contemplate
You - I Exercise for You-
I Pray for You - You have
My Whole Being and I am
Captured by You - Your
Touch and Already Longing
For Your Future Touch -
Here I am- Take Me
Fully and Completely - I
Am In Love-

Day 3 - Poem 2:

My Heart's A Flutter
You must be near
My stomach has butterflies
You must be close
I'm excited inside my whole being
I feel you coming
You come so quickly
Like a thief in the night
You steal my Heart and
My soul and leave me
Without who I thought I was
Your work is so complete
And silent and Swift
It's like you were
Already here- watching
And waiting for your
Chance- in those
Gaps when I let go
You enter and steal the show
I feel you- I can't wait
Let your show begin and
Let my dream come to an end-

Day 4 - Poem 3:

There's a leap in me
And I must let go
To fall freely into the hands
Of life- To touch the core
Of my being- to be in the flow.
To cross the threshold of my mind
I must be free from time
To cross the threshold of my
Mind-field I must surrender to
The sublime- for the explosions
Of these bombs will set me free
Will I be able to handle this much
Ecstasy?!

Day 5 - Poem 4:

Be still to wake up
Slow down to move forward
Listen and hear the sound of silence
Reverential alertness is the key
Stay awake- don't let the Holy
One catch you sleeping
He planted the all of his
Being within you- Your attention
is like fresh water to your God
Seed- your Love is the rich
Soil- Your intention is the air
Stay alert and witness a
Garden of Bliss and Ecstasy Grow
From your being- take the dare
If not- you're already dead

Day 6 - Poem 5:

I remember you
I will always remember you
I remember my first glimpse of you
I remember our touch
So much Light and so much Love
Now all I want is you
I am no good for anything else
I will sit and wait for you
I will listen and watch for you
I will wait an eternity for the
Taste of eternity
I will sit love struck
For your Love to wash over me
I will sit in peace and wait
For Peace to take me over
I will like a fool in ecstasy
Be your Fool for Life
Ah but don't make me wait too
Long- Have mercy on me
I'm almost almost out of time
Eternity is in my next breath
I'm here I'm now- you know where I live

Wake up today
Wake up today in a new way
Don't just roll out of bed and place
Your feet on the ground
Feel the ground of your being and
Take a breath of life as if
It is your first breath of life
Wake up today- wake up in a
New way- Don't merely get out
Of bed and clear your head.
Get out of your head, Create
An exit plan right now. Map
Out your escape route- it may
Not work, but eventually the
Fire of your desire will burn
Up your bed, take you out of
Your head. Leave you for
Dead and you will never Go
Back to sleep- and you will
Never go back to sleep

I'm in collusion with wonder
I want to kiss God on the mouth
I'm in conspiracy with AWE
I want to embrace the whole World
From East to West- North to South
I'm holding Rank with Joy
We're hiding in plain sight
I'm walking hand in hand with bliss
Even the night is shining with the
Light
I'm swimming in an ocean of
Devotion
There's deep movement
But there's no motion
I'm sneaking around with ecstasy
I'm outed by my Heart - Song singing
We've always been free!
This world cannot touch me
To it I do not exist
While the call of cosmic wonder beckons
To it I cannot resist.

Day 8 - Poem 7:
From the San Jose Airport waiting to fly home


Good Morning. It's me again, but it's not really me again
You touched me while I was sleeping
And now I am forever changed
You touched me while I was sleeping
But not just eyes closed in my bed
You touched as I walked around pretending I was not dead
You met me at my deepest desire
To wake and see the real
You touched me at the core of my being
And now it is you that I really feel
You planted this idea of working
And placed it within my soul
You touched it as I slept
While dreaming I was whole
Now the seed of love has awakened
And it has truly grown while I'm waking from the dream
To a joy this world has never known
Oh that you walk this l and
Singing songs of peace
I hear the phrase
It sounds so sweet
Wonders never cease
