Video 1 is the first of two segments of video that is from a series called, "Heartbeat of America". This program is a presentation of an award given to US based companies that excel in "keeping America strong". This program includes an interview with the recipient, Dr. James V. Hardt, who also is the founder, inventor, and CEO of the company receiving the award: the Biocybernaut Institute of California, LLC. The program is introduced by William Shatner and Kevin F. Delany, Rear Admiral, U.S. Navy [Ret].
